Change font style / colour
Love the reminders and to do list - it would be helpful if we can change the font colour and add a stikethrough in the reminders/ to do lists

Better visualization of upcoming reminders
While this is getting into the territory of a full PIM, I find that once I have more than a few items on my weekly schedule, I really miss the ability to see visually what blocks of time are scheduled and free during a week. In other words, the classic week view provided by most PIMs. 2-week, month, and day-views would be nice, but my vote is for the week view as the first priority.

You can sort of do this by selecting the Selected Week or Next Week in the filter drop-down. You can make that the default in the options as well.
Or what about if there was an option to highlight the background of reminders in the next X days to have them standout better in the list?

Add a "working day" option in "Repeat"
It would be useful if we could set a "working day" repetition of an alarm, to have it repeated on Mondays, Thursdays and so on between specified dates, except of Saturdays and Sundays.
I hope to have it explain well, since I'm Italian!16 votes -

Tabbed alarms
Allow (through an option) alarms to pop up as tabs in a window if one is already open, rather than as a new window. Additionally "Snooze all" and "Acknowledge all" buttons may be provided

Set Quick Alarm for an absolute time (not just relative)
Currently the Quick Alarm dialog only allows you to set an alarm using a relative time (15 mins from now, etc). The ability to set an alarm for an absolute time (4:45pm, etc) without having to do the math would be nice.

storing the data in an imap folder instead of using webdav
for sharing the data between multiple computers it would be nice to use the available mechanisms. it would be fine to use imap as the reminderfox data store, and not an additional webdav or ftp server (assuming that most thunderbird users using imap).

Be able to see todo's in status-bar
Under Display Preferences, I want to be able to check off "Display ToDo's in status bar." I guess that would mean it needs to take up more room on the status-bar too (unless there's a way to do this already)

Monthly Count
On my RF I have it so that it shows my monthly anniversary. Unfortunately, every month I have to edit it so it shows how many months and years my boyfriend and I have been together (ex. our 8th month Anni, 10th month, 1st year, etc). I was hoping you can create a monthly count kind of like the yearly count for birthdays where you put the year born in between brackets (<>) .

Google Chrome Support or Widget
The ONLY thing I miss about Firefox is my Reminder Fox.......wish I could have it in Chrome, or even an I-Goggle/Gmail Widget :)

Add reminder templates
Have a way to save a set of options as a default reminder template (Brithday, Bill Payments, Holiday), and then be able to create new reminders based on those templates.

Add a tag system
I would like a tag system to be added to RF such that the UI could be much restructered in terms of it while largely remaining the same and the same time allow for extended "views" in suitable lists.
To quote from what I wrote in RF's ML:
<<I would still have a tab with Events and one with Todos, along with one with "everything" which would be most useful to me. And then possibly other lists, as is now. The biggest difference being that a list would carry a VIEW of the actual data as opposed to the latter:… more

unregular dates
until now, dates for reminders and todos can be can conveniently edited for regular events like yearly, monthly, every x days etc.
But how about unregular appointments like my dentist's? To enter an unregular sequence, you have to enter each reminder separatly, an annoynce.

sublists / parent list folder
I'd like the ability to create sublists. Besides the calendar and to do-list function I am using reminderfox as a huge information storage. For example: I create lists of music programms I deal with (e.g. cubase, wavelab, sibelius) and add new experiences (like shortcuts, the solving of certain problems, side informations etc - using the note funtion) to each of the lists. I am doing this for a lot of things and it works great. At the moment I'm dealing with about 31 lists. So there's a lack of overview. If there would some kind of parent folder (e.g. music… more
